OCSiAl is a hi-tech company producing TUBALL™ single wall carbon nanotubes – an advanced additive that improves the properties of base materials. Single wall carbon nanotubes should be referred to as graphene nanotubes because each nanotube is an extremely thin rolled-up sheet of graphene. The pre-eminence of TUBALL™ is related to its exceptional properties, such as superior conductivity, high temperature resistance, strength and flexibility. To simplify nanotube handling, OCSiAl provides TUBALL™ MATRIX, a line of pre-dispersed concentrates for increased conductivity, enhanced mechanical properties and vivid colours in a multitude of materials. As little as 0.1% of TUBALL™ MATRIX enables the production of more high-performance material, includon polyurethanes. OCSiAl is the world’s largest graphene nanotubes manufacturer. With its current 15 tonne production capacity, the company plans to increase it to 65 tonnes by 2019 and to 115 tonnes by 2022.
