Dow Izolan is a leading producer of polyurethane systems in Russia and CIS. A joint venture of The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) was founded in 2006 in the city of Vladimir.

Today the production site that was opened in 2009 has the capacity of more than 100 000 tons of polyurethane systems per year and is one of the biggest manufacturing sites in Europe.

The modern R&D center combined with the experience of Dow in polyurethane business direction helps to elaborate and produce new PU systems for the producing of innovative materials.

Dow Izolan produces around 400 types of polyurethane (PU) systems, supplied to more than 1500 customers in Russia and the CIS countries. The systems are used for the manufacture of building sandwich-panels, refrigeration and freezing equipment, for automotive industry, heat insulation of housing services and utilities, oil and gas industry, footwear and furniture production.
